Arrived late with our baby, room key didn't work. Halls smelled of smoke. No mattress in the travel cot we had asked them to put in the room. Hair in the bath. Towels not clean. Didn't expect to have to pay to use the pool with our baby and then to find that the pool water was visibly dirty.

great hotel, great atmosphere and fantastic service, afternoon lunch was unreal and the evening meal was spot on, James who looked after us was professional, kind and well mannored and the chefs martin and tom made our meals to perfection 👌. well done Macure Hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are attending a wedding, I had lots of questions to ask and Michele on the reception was brilliant and sorted out my queries. After a long drive my husband was agitated. Michele was brilliant and calmed him down, she spoke to him beautifully. I don’t usually review on Tripadvisor but I have today because Of the outstanding service we got from Michele. We will be back!
